Company Overview Evaluation Resources is owned and operated by George W. Dougherty, Jr., Ph.D. Dr. Dougherty is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Piedmont College in Athens, Georgia. He previously founded and managed the Carl Vinson Institute of Government’s Applied Research Support Unit which provided survey and applied research services to state and local agencies throughout Georgia. Mission Statement The mission of Evaluation Resources is to improve the quality of policy decision making throughout the United States of America. Our mission can be
obtained by providing quality services to private firms, state and local governments, and nonprofit organizations and elevating the general level of expertise concerning policy decision making by building a community
for decision makers. Of special concern is the use of survey research on the Internet.
